Wawel Royal Castle

Wawel was the seat of kings. The first monarch crowned in Wawel was King Władysław Łokietek. King Zygmunt August ordered an unusual collection of Arras for the decoration of the Wawel castle. Wawel proudly rises over the Vistula.
