One of the best-preserved examples of Romanesque architecture in Poland. It was built in the first half of the 13th century. It is situated on a small hill, sloping steeply, surrounded by a wall and several old lime trees. Its shape is characterized by austerity, resulting from the proportions of the building, simplicity and seriousness of shapes. Saved by time and history, it has survived to our times almost unchanged. In terms of layout, this church refers to a widely spread group of single-nave village temples, representing the scheme of the so-called "Full", including a nave close to a square, a narrower and short presbytery closed with a semicircular apse and a tower from the west. This church is fully preserved not only in all its original components, but also with full and relatively rich architectural design.
