In the very center of the Biecz market there is a Town Hall from the 15th century with a 56-meter high tower. A wooden staircase leads to the Town Hall tower, which can be accessed from a viewing platform from which there is a beautiful panorama of the Ropa Valley, the Low Beskids and the adjacent Carpathian Foothills. This is a great viewpoint to the city and the surrounding area.
